Terms of Service

Tornado is a two-sided platform. Car owners use the Tornado mobile app to maintain a "Garage" of their vehicles, track verified service history, look up vehicles by VIN, book appointments, use an AI car assistant, receive loyalty rewards, and track personal vehicle expenses. Partner service branches and their administrators use the Tornado admin panel to register completed work, look up vehicles, manage bookings, and administer branch operations.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service and must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether through Google, Apple, or email sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@tornadoapp.ge if you suspect unauthorized use.

Tornado's service history feature is designed to be a trustworthy, verifiable record. When a partner branch logs a service against your vehicle's VIN, that entry becomes part of the vehicle's permanent history and cannot be edited or removed by the vehicle owner, though you may contact us to dispute factually incorrect entries. You represent that any vehicle you add to your Garage is one you own or are authorized to manage.

Certified vehicle history reports generated through the Service are provided for informational purposes based on data logged in Tornado and do not constitute a warranty, inspection, or guarantee regarding a vehicle's condition.

The AI car assistant provides general information about vehicle maintenance and specifications, generated using artificial intelligence and reference data. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. The assistant does not replace the judgment of a qualified mechanic, and Tornado is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of assistant responses. Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as payment card numbers or identification numbers) in your questions to the assistant.

Booking a visit through Tornado requests an appointment with the selected branch for the selected service and time; it does not guarantee the branch's availability until confirmed. Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the policies of the branch you booked with, communicated through the app.

Tornado's Bronze, Silver, and Gold loyalty tiers award points, discounts, cashback, and referral bonuses based on qualifying activity. Tornado may adjust the earning rules, tier thresholds, or rewards catalog from time to time, and may suspend or reclaim points obtained through fraud or abuse of the referral program. Loyalty points have no cash value except as expressly redeemable within the Service and are forfeited if your account is closed or terminated for cause.

Personal expense tracking (fuel, service, insurance, tires, and related costs) is a self-reported convenience feature. Tornado does not verify the accuracy of amounts you log and is not responsible for decisions made based on the reports generated from this data.

Branches accessible through Tornado are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Tornado. Tornado is not a party to the service agreement between you and a branch and is not responsible for the quality of automotive work performed. Disputes about service quality, pricing, or warranty should be raised directly with the branch.

You agree not to: provide false vehicle or VIN information; attempt to falsify or tamper with service history records; use the Service to harass branches, staff, or other users; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service in violation of applicable Georgian or international law.

Tornado and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and the Tornado name and marks. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Tornado's branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to the Service, its branches, or other users.

The Service is provided "as is." Tornado is under active development, and features such as the mobile app, AI assistant, and reporting tools may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tornado disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, Tornado LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from AI assistant responses, third-party branch service quality, or reliance on generated reports.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

We may update these Terms as Tornado evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
